- Placed RHP Brandon Morrow on the paternity leave list.
- He and his wife, Lily, are expecting the birth of their first child.

- Recalled LHP Buddy Baumann from Triple-A El Paso.
- Making his third stint with the Padres this season, previously making his Major League debut for San Diego earlier this year.
- He will continue to wear uniform #77.
